Inventory Reestablished

UPDATES:
Inventory is reimplemented as a toolbar.
Can select and place blocks.
Inventory can max out and block the player from picking anything up.
This toolbar is a good solution to what I wanted to do. For now, this will do. The toolbar is a bit hard to see, but style will come later.
